I didn’t get a good feeling from this site. When I had concerns, it felt like they were brushed off instead of actually addressed, which just made me trust it even less.

I ordered my usual size and checked the measurements first, but the fit was still different from what I expected. The sleeves felt a bit too tight, while the body was much looser than I would’ve liked. It’s a nice enough item, but the sizing just didn’t feel consistent for me, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Just really uncomfortable for me"
I tried wearing it for a full day it was not comfy at all. It felt stiff the whole time, like when a jacket hasn’t broken in yet, or when new shoes rub in the wrong spot, or when a shirt tag keeps scratching you and you can’t stop noticing it. The cuff especially kept rubbing my wrist every time I moved my hand, typed, reached for something, even just sat there doing nothing. I kept adjusting it over and over, but it never really felt better. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried to exchange my order, but the whole process ended up being frustrating. The emails were slow, the steps weren’t very clear, and I had to pay for return shipping myself. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I’ve bought similar items before that looked much nicer in person, but this one just didn’t do it for me. It came across as kind of cheap and plain, and overall it felt boring. Definitely not my style.

"I felt a little embarrassed trying to check out"
The site was kind of frustrating to use. The pages took a while to load, and when I got to checkout, I felt a bit embarrassed because I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to click. It just wasn’t as clear or smooth as I expected.

I washed it one time and the seams already started coming loose, plus the cuff stretched out. Now I have to deal with fixing it or returning it, which is just extra work I wasn’t expecting.

"Checkout was a mess"
Tried paying twice and the checkout just kept spinning forever. Annoying. Then my cart randomly went blank with no clear error or anything helpful. Great. I ended up wasting time and just gave up. Not ordering from here again.

"Shipping took way too long"
I’m frustrated. I placed my order and I’m still waiting for it to arrive, which is bad enough, but trying to get help has been a pain too. I had to sit in a queue forever just to check what was going on. Not happy with the whole experience

I ordered from Cuff Up Style and, to their credit, the package did actually arrive. Just not exactly in a hurry, because apparently tracking updates are more of a suggestion than a feature. I was kind of left wondering where it was for a while, which was super fun. Everything was fine once it got here, but yeah, the delivery could definitely be a bit more reliable

I ordered from cuffupstyle.store, it was a bit of a dramatic little moment when I opened the package. The quality was okay and everything arrived safely, but the color was not quite what I expected from the photos. It looked a lot more dull in person, which was kind of a letdown. That said, it’s still wearable, and shipping was totally fine with no damage. Not a terrible experience at all, I just really wish the pictures showed the actual shade more accurately

"Decent price, but more stressful than expected"
The prices were fair, and I did appreciate that there were some cheaper options to choose from. My order looked close to the pictures too, so for what I paid, it wasn’t terrible.
The downside is the material feels thinner than I expected, and the shipping took longer than it should have, which added some annoying last-minute stress I wasn’t planning on dealing with. I might order again if there’s a discount, but at full price it feels average.

"Refund process isn’t what it used to be"
I did end up getting my refund, but it took a lot longer than I expected and I had to follow up more than once. I feel like this kind of thing used to be handled faster, so it was frustrating this time. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely makes me think twice about ordering again

"Arrived scuffed because of poor packaging"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was crushed and barely taped shut, and the cuff was just loose inside with no padding at all. By the time I opened it, it already had scuffs on it. For the price, I really expected better packing, and it feels frustrating to pay for something new and feel like you’ve already lost some of its value before even using it.

The prices felt kind of high for what it was. I know companies always make things sound reasonable with all that polished wording, but it didn’t really come across as fair to me.
